Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 to 2022. A member of the Democratic Party she has previously worked in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011) and the spokesperson of the Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki was a political contributor to CNN from 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her professional career with an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and was later elected governor of Iowa. Psaki was then appointed the press secretary deputy for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki was also the communications director of Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, and the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. Psaki was press secretary for the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. 20 February 13th, 2013, Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State. [20] There was speculation that she would replace Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary at the Department of State.[21However, Josh Earnest replaced Carney on May 30 the 30th of May, 2014. She was named communications director in the White House and continued to continue to do so until the end in 2015.
