Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her many roles in the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are her most well-known. She was nominated by Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play. Film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010), Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe is also seen on TV in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021), and The First Lady (2022). The first time she appeared on screen was 2001 opposite Jill Clayburgh, her mother. She made her stage debut, also with her mother at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts. She appeared in two one-act plays, Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles enabled her to get an Equity Card. [9] In the summer of 2003, she was back to the Gloucester Stage Company to appear in Proof by David Auburn. In 2003, she was also in the film Mona Lisa Smile. The actress returned to New York after graduating. Deirdre starred in White Jesus from September 29 until October 2 in 2004 one of several one-act shows that were performed by The Democracy Project at The Naked Angels Theater Company.
